Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the villa rooms.
Each room rate is based on a set number of occupants.
Additional guests may be accommodated only with prior approval and may incur extra charges.
The villa reserves the right to refuse entry to unregistered visitors.
Full payment must be settled upon reservation, unless otherwise agreed.
Once booking dates are confirmed, an invoice will be issued with direct bank transfer information.
If credit card payment is required, a PayPal invoice will be issued with an additional 3% charge.
Children are welcome at the villa.
Extra beds or baby cots may be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been granted.
Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels low, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Parties or events are not permitted unless pre-arranged with management and will incur additional charges.
Strictly no hens or bucks parties.
The villa is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room, furnishings, or property during their stay. Payment for damages must be settled prior to checkout.
For your safety, please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa.
Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with.
