Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Reservations will only be considered confirmed once payment has been received.
Bank transfer to the designated Villa Nomadas account.
Cash payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) upon arrival (if applicable).
Credit card payments may be subject to a 3%–5% surcharge.
All rates and payments are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
Guests are responsible for any bank transfer fees, exchange rate differences, or international transaction charges.
A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in.
This deposit will be returned in full at check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
Any incidental expenses (meals, transport, activities, etc.) must be settled prior to check-out.
Failure to comply with these payment terms may result in cancellation of the booking without refund, in line with the cancellation policy.
